At least 8 people have been confirmed dead following an accident on the Kampala- Masaka Road.
The crash involved a Jaguar bus, registration number UBP 964T and a tipper canter number UAV 988N.
Police were yet to ascertain the cause of the accident.
Eyewitnesses said the two vehicles collided head on.
By publication of this report, efforts were ongoing to retrieve the bodies and causalities from the bus.
