Excitement as top class pupils graduate at Kisizi Hospital Primary school

The acting Rukungiri district sports officer Mr. Areinitwe Solomon has urged parents and guardians to take care of their children during this holiday season if they are to be important people in future.

Areinitwe said that teachers have done  their best to discipline pupils while in school saying that this time around, parents and guardians should also play their role as children get back home from school.

He made the revelation yesterday Tuesday during the graduation ceremony of top class pupils at Kisizi Hospital Primary school in Nyarushanje Sub County Rukungiri district.

Addressing the congregation, Areinitwe said that parents should be close to their children and talk to them to understand the hurdles they face and guide them during holiday.

“This is a long holiday. We are asking parents to control their children’s lives, ensuring they know when they go in and out. We want these children back in February next year,” he said.

He added that it is easy for parents to discover when their children are engaging in questionable activities if they take time to talk to them.
