The Rukungiri Municipality area Member of Parliament Hon. Dr. Elisa Rutahigwa yesterday 5th May 2025 donated 50 bags of cement to the Ruruku Moslem community, fulfilling his pledge to support the expansion of the Mosque and completion of the office block.
This donation is part of his manifesto to share resources with the community, particularly in supporting churches, mosques, education, health and other sectors.
During the handover ceremony held at Ruruku Mosque, Hon. Dr. Elisa Rutahigwa emphasized the importance of utilizing the donated cement effectively.
He also called on the people of Rukungiri Municipality to stand with him in the forthcoming election, ensuring his re-election to continue serving the community and lobbying for more projects.
