On his part, the deputy speaker of parliament said that the radio which he started is not profit oriented but rather community based. Tayebwa said the Radio’s focus will focus on mobilizing citizens on government programmes aimed at fostering development in the communities.

He further stressed that government policies including security and health will be given priorities at the expense of other businesses.
Tayebwa further called on politicians to use the radio as a tool of communication since the current government (NRM) brought in freedom of speech.
