Mathew Bukenya, the former secretary of Uganda National Examinations Board, is dead.
The Board is very grieved by Bukenya’s loss, and those he left behind will always treasure his mentorship and leadership, according to UNEB spokesperson Jennifer Kalule.
According to Kalule, Bukenya now the late was a model and motivating leader whose influence will live on in the memories of countless Ugandans.
“His guidance and mentorship meant the world to the most of us in UNEB, his leadership was exemplary, guiding and inspiring”,Kalule said.
Bukenya was at the helm of the UNEB for over 17 years.
