This Saturday, President Museveni will address the country on topics related to generating wealth and other things of national significance.
The Presidential Press Unit (PPU) issued a brief statement today Friday confirming the development.
“The Presidential Press Unit (PPU) is pleased to announce that the President of the Republic of Uganda, Gen. (Rtd). Yoweri Kaguta Museveni will address the Nation tomorrow, Saturday, July 20, 2024, at 8pm,” the PPU said in the statement.
PPU adds that the speech will be streamed live across all major digital platforms, radio stations, and television networks.
The President is currently evangelizing Ugandans about wealth development.
Museveni has issued a challenge to the top organ of the NRM and Cabinet ministers to assist him in spreading the word about how Ugandans might escape poverty.
Uncertainty surrounds the President’s responsibilities regarding corruption in the Parliament and among public servants, a subject that has dominated news in recent weeks.
